What is EFT?


EFT is tapping with the fingertips on specific acupuncture points or meridians on the head and body.  While tapping on these points, the client will focus on a specific issue, which may be a traumatic event, negative energy, addictions, pain in the body, etc.  While doing this, the client will voice their feelings about the event and eventually progress to positive affirmations.
